I switched both personal and business banking

Having switched both personal and business banking the comparison is chalk and cheese. I feel safer and more secure with Starling. The functionality, flexibility, accessibility and reliability of the app is superb. No more protracted painful phone calls with long waits, insane security questions, expectations to remember long and complex codes. One of the best decisions was to switch, no regrets and I frequently recommend Starling. The spaces facility is invaluable. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

I have found Starling bank to be efficient and professional, with excellent Customer Services. Unlike other banks in recent years, when you phone them with a query, you speak with a Customer Service Officer within c. 2 minutes and they always know how to resolve or move on your query/ raising a dispute etc Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

The best bank.

The best bank. I recommend Starling to everyone I know and have gotten all my friends to switch over with no regrets. It's a modern banking app that allows you to save easily, it's intuitive and, best of all, the customer service is fantastic. I have never had an issue with reaching customer service, it's usually within seconds or minutes, and their phone line is never hidden and you're not forced to go through live chat or a robot. The staff are well-equipped to sort your issues there and then. Plus, zero international fees which is perfect for traveling! I never worry when I'm abroad. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
