Good experience but can do better

Very easy to setup an account and app is very user friendly. Not enough updating of the app with new features. Support does not always come back to you, need to follow up sometimes to get a response. Would like to see more inovation on the app and banking features side Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Almost perfect

Allows me to keep track of all spending, with personalised categories. Free-free spending abroad, and easy to get in touch with customer services. Only critique is limited overdraft offering (I'm a doctor and still can't seem to get a lower APR or higher limit!) and low interest on positive balances. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

My view so far

Last question not relevant as no cost involved but happy with service and monthly interest. The Spaces are great for savings and the app is easy to navigate. Love that they don't bombard with emails and when they do email it is useful information. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
