The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Fantastic bank!

I have used Starling Bank for years and years and what started as a bank to use solely for travel abroad has become my daily use. It’s so quick and easy to use, the app is amazing and so simple and loads and does what you want it to super speedily - something it seems bigger banks often struggle with. Simplicity and fabulous

Easy to use app, easy to contact when needed

Easy to use app, whenever I've contacted starling through the app they have been quick to respond and sort out my issues. The fact that they do this without charging a fee, pay interest and don't charge to use abroad makes them fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
