Not really had to deal with Starling customer services but love the app and I feel safe about how they protect my money. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Bank of the Decade

Love Starling love being able to budget with Spaces and use a space to auto pay for food on my phone and auto pay for fun on my watch. It’s the best and the team are pretty great too. A great app and much better than the traditional banks

The app is so easy to use with very clear information about your bills, spending, etc, and the customer service has been fantastic whenever I have had to use it. There's some great add-ons as well, and the use of savings pots has been useful as well Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I really love that I can split my money into different spaces. It helps with my budgeting and ability to save for future purchases I know are coming.
