A modern bank for modern living

A feature packed online bank, good analytics to see where your spending, good saving and money management options. Good security features for Apple pay etc. with verification for on line purchases. Very good when things go wrong as I found out when my mobile phone was stolen in Spain (Barcelona). Called Starling at 22:30 on my friend's phone, they were sympathetic and reassuring. They disabled my Apple pay and disassociated my account with the stolen device keeping my card active. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Best Customer Service ever

Having experienced a couple of the big High Street banks, Starling is a breath of fresh air. The ‘Treats’ allows me to save money without thinking about it. Customer service is off the scale so helpful with an excellent app which tells me any spending or monies paid into my account. What more could you ask for? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
