The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great banking

I can't think of anything I don't like. The app is great, love spaces and if you need help you can talk to someone via the app or send a message. Customer Service are rally helpful and have helped me out a few times. I would definitely recommend especially great when going on holiday as you don't get charged transaction fees when abroad! Perfect for use as a spending account
