The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to use.

Easy to use. I love the saving spaces. I love the speed & efficiency. I have recommended Starling to colleagues who have changed to Starling & one has hit her elderly recently widowed mum onto Starling which has helped the lady hugely., I love the mobile banking. The app is easy to use. There are lots of options available to customise your account, including saving money to spaces, and paying directly from that when you want. Can also adjust the maximum payment you can make with your card without needing the pin. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
