I was a bit reluctant to move to an online bank to be honest, but my old bank treated me so badly, I figured it couldn't be any worse. I have been amazed at Starling bank. Everything is so efficient, easy, and clear. I wish that I had made the move years ago. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

A nimble and reliable banking system

I was recommended Starling Bak by a friend and I have been delighted with it. It makes it far easier to budget and keep track of contactless payments. Sending money to another account is quick, and the back up service is also easy to access. It actually makes using a bank fun! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Team Starling 100%

I opened a Starling account in 2018 when I wanted a 'second bank' to keep spare cash having grown frustrated with the customer service and clunkyness of banking with Halifax in general at the time. After a few months with Starling and seeing how easy everything was it was like finally I had been freed from the torment of traditional banking - so started using Starling as my primary bank. Since then I've started a LTD company and didn't hesitate to sign up to Starling Business Banking (which was open and active within 48 hours). In short, couldn't be happier, best bank ever!
