good and efficient

It’s a good and efficient banking service that has allowed me to transfer money to other people / and other bank accounts quite quickly and without delay, the different spaces make it easy to put aside money for savings and rent etc. customer service is good and responds very quickly to any query, it was easy to get set up initially and overall is a decent primary current account to have. It also lets me track my spending (and on what) quite effectively. I do wish Starling would bring out other services however, such as credit cards, loans etc. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

On the money!

I opened my account as a second bank account having been with a high street bank for over 40 years. The difference is astounding. Information at a click of a button 24 hours a day. Very easy to open an account. I like the way you can ring-fence funds without having open another account. Always found their customer service very quick to respond. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Love Starling

Excellent. The app is great, very clear, very modern. Customer service is quick and easy. What swung it for me originally was no bank charges for payments in Euros, which was very helpful when I was in Spain for 3 months and saved me a fortune. But the advantages are so much more.
