Excellent

Really good, the one time I've had a problem support were really responsive and did a great job explaining what had happened, why, and what they did. When I have a question that's not on the website, they do a great job answering and making suggestions of alternatives. They keep adding features, and constantly make me feel comfortable and informed of what's going on. Would definitely recommend, they do a great job making banking not a slog! Best of the Best

Since using starling for over 3years now, I have never had an issue. The continuation of the updated features and look of the app makes everything from setting up a new payee to saving to seeing your expenses for the month more and more simpler. Customer support is always the best with quick accurate information and help. Will continue to use Starling as my main bank for the years to come. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
