BEST DIGITAL BANK IN THE MARKET

Starling customer who is very pleased with every aspect of their service. Swift, efficient, friendly and very helpful. Also very Honest Bank! The only problem is the debit cards look UGLY and need to change its look. The font is TOO BIG. I understand maybe it's for advertising reasons, however it's just too much. Streamlined banking service

Best virtual bank out there

Fantastic customer service

I recently had an issue, with a major supermarket taking double payment, They were TERRIBLE and didn't do anything to resolve the issue, I contacted Starling out of hours and the resolved it completely within minutes. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Easy banking

Great Bank

It's difficult to get excited about a current account, but I was with a high street bank until a few years ago, and I'd fallen deeply out of love with them. I was tired of having to pay for dreadful service and felt like they just didn't care. I joined Starling, and it couldn't have been more different. Dealing with my money is easy, and Starling actually makes you feel like you matter. I'm getting quite emotional about a current account. There's a first time for everything.
