My favourite bank

Been using Starling since summer 2022, switched from Halifax. User experience is excellent, both the customer service and the app. The spaces feature is useful for budgeting and I love how virtual cards are free (I don't think anyone else offers this) Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Modern, accessible, simple

Easy to open an account. Super simple and intuitive app, never had any technical issues unlike more traditional banks. Helpful support staff wherever I've had questions. Locking, cancelling or renewing cards is quick and secure. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

If Carlsberg did bank accounts.

From simple opening of account to super ease of use app blows the competition away. I also bank with two other banks and they slowly follow Starlings market leading app. Starling is my main goto account.
