I have banked with starling for a few years, there is always a friendly helpful person to chat with if you have a query or need help. A good Bank is essential for any customer these days

Most banks use the slogan "We are customer friendly or our customer service is excellent. Anytime we are available and will help you if you need help" in their advertising. Starling Bank has proven this several times, which answers quickly and easily, and explains and sorts out problems. Hence my positive vote. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
