1st Class Online Bank

Starlings is user friendly

I have found Starlings to be the most user-friendly, responsive and educational bank I have ever used. As someone who has lifelong struggled to understand money, and is practically discalculaic, their systems have enabled me to stay on track in a way where others have failed. So glad I moved to Starling!

So easy to use.

It's great being able to talk to a British call centre 24/7. The app is also so easy to use even for a 63 year old Technophobe like me. The saving spaces are particularly useful and making payments to others is again easy. The check feature on certain payments gives me a sense of security also. Basically someone has listened to customers and designed a friendly useful bank account. Love it .. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
