I love how easy it is to use the app, deposit a check and make transfers. I especially love that I am told about incoming and outgoing payments due before the date, love that feature and the swift notifications on my phone. I really wish my teenage daughter could have her own account without me needing to pay and give her basically a part of my own account to use. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

What I love about Starling is that customer service is very friendly and I actually pay a lot of attention to its nice branding. The user experience has a quick flow and I simply like how it is all set up. Saving spaces are an excellent idea and super easy to use. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Fantastic modern approach

An absolutely fantastic experience from the start. I initially opened my starling account as a secondary account but it quickly superceded my other current account as my primary account. The app is fantastic, so intuitive and easy to use. The online security is spot on and customer support is second to none. I especially love the ability to separate my money into different saving/goal spaces and the ability to transfer between them all and the main space effortlessly. One banking app does it all

Since joining Starling bank I’ve been able to easily transfer money, view my outgoings clearly, put money in at the post office (which I can’t do with monzo or nationwide) & it even picks up repeat monthly outgoings without them being direct debits. I titled it one banking app does it all because it really does! I could even use abroad free of charge :) Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
