So good a bank

A current account with a difference. Easily keep control of spending as Starling allocates spend categories to each transaction. You can create savings spaces to save for holidays etc. Round up where each transaction is rounded up to the next pound and this amount is put in a savings space Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Banking made easy AND completely stress free

I have a current account with Starling. The simplicity of setting up couldn't have been easier, if I recall correctly I did it all online within an hour, and at around 6am, WELL WELL before any High Street providers were waking up for business. Money management is excellent, the app makes a massive difference and is like like having a personal banker in my pocket (on my phone) Improvements happen too, so Starling are not standing still. I receive regular alerts and these are now available in my history, so if I miss something I can go back and review. Stress free online banking. Put simply 'It works' I have recommended it to friends and family without hesitation. I have banked with the 'leading' High Street providers in the past, their branches are closing daily. If the future of personal banking looks like this, we are in good safe hands. I am looking to open s business account in the near future and doubt my expectations will be failed. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you, I feel I have control and improved knowledge of my personal finances now, especially as s single dad. 10 out 10, without hesitation. Steve C. Simplicity is the key to this bank

Easy to categorise your income/expenditure. I easily picked up on an issue of an amount of income that was omitted last month. Great for moving saved money to a different space, so you don't spend it ! Also topping it up "behind the scenes" so you don't really miss the extra cash you are saving. Excellent bank

I have a personal current account, a Euro account, joint and business account with Starling. A family member started using and she loves it too. It's so easy to keep up with my expenses in these difficult times. I love the virtual card options. I recently opened a Business account for my small business and it was a very easy process. I can connect it directly to my accounting software. This is the only bank provider I use and I'm very satisfied. I'm looking forward to how Starling will improve in the future, it's already so great. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

When in need

The test of a good bank is when things go wrong and you need them to sort things out. Starling is excellent in that respect. My other bank, however, Lloyds TSB, is the complete opposite. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
