Finally real life banking and data processing

The only bank that cares about what the consumer needs and uses, creating seamless and useful app and service. When most others treat retail customers as nuisance that has to fit around their antiquated processes and procedures. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

"Quite possibly the safest bank I have ever used"

Well what can I say? Starling is literally the best, the app is so user friendly, the no charge savings pots are simple they keep you up to date with how close to your goal you are, set up automatic transfers to the pots for ease, every transaction is instant and notifies me on my phone immediately, the customer service deserves to be recognised far more than it is, the choice of having joint accounts, children's accounts, business and shared cards is a great idea! I could not have chosen a better bank to be with. Starling makes me feel safe about the data they hold and I feel safe keeping my money with quite possibly the safest bank I have ever used.
