Best bank

Growing up, I was always with Barclays as that’s what my parents had. I found most things inaccessible at a click of a button and either had to go into branch or make a long winded phone call for the most simple things. With Starling, everything is available within the app & if you’re ever confused, the live chat option is super easy to use and no questions ever go unanswered. I have multiple different saving spaces to organise my money without going through the hassle of opening saving accounts, me and my boyfriend have a joint account which was made within minutes based off both of us using starling. First year

Great bank

I’ve had nothing but a good experience with Starling. I’ve been with them for over a year now and I’ve had no trouble at all. Account wise, I like the insights in to my spending the app can give me, though I was fairly good ant keeping track of how much I’ve spent in a month it is much easier seeing it represented by category. Another plus is the facility to set up what Starling call “spaces”. I use one to automatically wall off enough money every month for my bills, leaving the amount I see on the summary page the amount of cash I have “free”. It really made a difference from my old account where I would have to try and remember when a bill was coming out to keep on top of the money I had left for the month. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Simple

An on line account that is so simple and hassle free, 2.5 years in and I've never had an issue, everything is done from the app long may it continue. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
