Fiver stars, totally recommended

I have not used any other bank accounts since I have been using the Starling account. The app is user friendly, easy to get in touch with the customer service team from the app, love the ease of submitting cheques via the app without the need to go anywhere, the notifications are great to keep me updated on all activity on my account. Excellent bank, excellent customer service!

Starling bank was recommended to me when I was looking for an account to handle my Spanish bills. I took out their sterling account and added a Euro account. The process was straightforward and completed quickly. Any issues I have had have been 3rd party issues and if I needed help, it was easy to get and responses were super quick. One thing that makes my life so much easier is the ‘heads up’ messages I get the day before a direct debit is going out. Fantastic bank! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
