The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great service and great app.

Moving from my previous bank was straightforward. Customer service when I needed statements during a lockdown was great. App is easy to use. Interest paid on current account balance is better than my ISA. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

The Starling app has great features, is easy to use...

The Starling app has great features, is easy to use and intuitive. Having spaces for different things makes it much easier to manage money and requesting money is also a great feature to save friends going through the hassle of adding you as a payee with their dinosaur banks. Love how you can see instantly where you have spent your money on - great for saving and great rates when spending abroad. I love my banking app. If you have any issues it is easy to contact the bank and any issues are dealt with quickly. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
