Best change I've ever made

At my age I don't like change, but my son talked me into it & well I'm so glad he did, it was so easy to transfer to starling, & once there oh so easy to use, best bank ever Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Simple, no nonsense, no hidden agenda

Starling do all I need from a bank and I don't feel at any time as though I am being used. It genuinely feels customer driven. So refreshing compared to all my experiences with the usual high street brands. I shall never go back if they keep this up. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Communication, clarity and ease of use.

I switched from Nationwide to Starling as I was fed up with the experience of a "normal" bank. I signed up on the app and it was quick and simple,. They transferred all of my direct debits and got the card quickly. I now get alerts before a payment goes out, I can track my spending on food, travel etc within the app automatically. Also I can move money into Spaces so I know I've got money for longer term things without it "leaving" my main account. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Best experience ever!

Since I changed to Starling a few years ago, I've not considered changing to anyone else. It does everything I need it for and more! Only ever had one significant issue, but dealt with quickly and efficiently. Power to Starling!! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
