Amazing online bank! Customer focused 100%

This is the first bank I’ve been with that has given me the tools to COMPLETELY manage my money and as I round up to the pound, there’s a bit of emergency money! Nice to be able to use it when needed. Any incoming and outgoing payments are shown the day/weekend before which really helps to keep track of available income. There are so many options such as creating a separate “space” to put money by eg, having the bills money go straight to that space so giving the customer exactly the information they need. Changed the Banking game!

I’ve been with Starling since 2017 and it is by far the best bank I’ve ever been with. It was way ahead of the curve in terms of banking and definitely what we needed to shake up the banking industry. I can honestly say that the different saving spaces, the option to categorise different purchases and also seeing a clear breakdown of my spending has been a life changer in helping me manage my finances.
