Miles apart from the norm.

I opened my current account because I was travelling to Ireland every weekend to visit my partner. Starling offered me exactly what I was looking for. Dual currency banking that made it so easy and cheap to bank in both GBP and Euros. Plus I learn how to save using the Spaces function. I've never looked back. Banking with Starling is easy, on line and safe. I've also had unbelievable customer service when I've had cause to contact them directly about a fraud matter. Almost perfect!! If they used money to lure in customers, such as paying people to switch to them and offered very low cost loans....then would be perfect!!! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Banking the simple way

I’ve been with starling a few years now and I love the simplicity of the banking. Being in control of your own money, it’s easy to move around and make transfers. I particularly love the way that I can track my spending by category and also the use of the pots called spaces. And after all that an eco friendly bank. Thanks starling. Starling is the future of banking would recommend 100%. The saving pots really helps me to split my money and not overspend. It's fabulous and being able to take a picture of a cheque and have it in the bank the following day... It's so good compared to my last bank. Love it! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to use

Have been able to do everything I’ve had too and even open a euro account via the app. Their app is very intuitive and easy to use. Payments are shown straight away as well, so no wondering if your balance showing is correct. When I’ve had to contact customer services, I’ve always had a quick and helpful response.
