Customer service as is should be

I've been a Starling customer for 4 years now, and find it such a simple experience. Contacting customer service is done through the app, and I've never had to wait too long for a helpful response. The app is intuitive and simple. I think it's great to get instant alerts when there is any activity on your account, whether expected or a surprise. Transferring money to my savings account is immediate and managing payees is straightforward. I couldn't consider going back to a high street bank while they've got so much catching up to do. Great visual saving spaces

I really like starling, it was easy to set up digitally and it's been great having lots of different tailor made spaces for my savings. The customer support has been exceptional also. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

So easy to do everything banking!

I joined Starling almost 3 years ago and have never looked back. After years of becoming increasingly frustrated by the poor customer service offered from my former bank, the switch to Starling was quick and seamless and there are so many great features, such as Spaces, that make budgeting and planning that all come free. Easy account management at your fingertips
