Starling has simply been everything a bank should be. Putting its customers at the heart of everything and the results have been phenomenal. Banking as it should be. Can do everything on the app quickly and easily. Kite card is brilliant for my son and the spaces are really handy. Using abroad is fee free which saves a fortune. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Trust worthy and efficient

I am so glad I came across Starling. I had ADHD and higher functioning autism, and sometimes trying to find a way through Apps can be very challenging for me - not because they are bad but because they are too slow! Starling allows me to do things quickly but safely. If I am using it for a third party transaction they always ask me to confirm whether I really requested the payment and also highlights whether I have been asked to do something on behalf of someone else: a built-in safety mechanism. I have also used the online discussion, and found the agent knowledgable and able to assist me. I have recommended Starling to my family who have found it excellent as well. I love everything about it. The app is the best. Customer service via the messenger in the app works to perfection. No need to go to a branch. Everything clear online. Best pots for savings. The virtual cards for shopping online...everything is outstanding. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
