Who needs branches?

Starling bank has been a revelation to me. I initially set up an account to use for paying when travelling to avoid silly charges. It was so good I moved current, savings and business accounts to it. I have never been this satisfied with a bank. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Great Bank with great service

The move to Starling from a traditional bank was a revelation. No more spending hours on the phone or having to visit a branch, I can do everything in the app or through a quick chat with their Customer Service Team who respond instantly and can always help. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Easy setup and to run

Moving back to the UK from NZ, banking was such a hassle until I found Starling, then setting up and account and getting up and running was so easy. Got a joint account with the wife as well now, very happy, though a savings account with interest would be great! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Great Bank but poor interest rates

Ive been very impressed with Starling since I first opening an account with them, however there are now many more banks offering the same user friendly banking with much better interest rates for easy access. For this reason alone Id shop around before deciding to open an account with them now. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
