So much better than a high street bank!

I cannot remember the last time I needed to go into a bank - an outdated format given changes to banking in the last 10 years - Starling is leading the charge to modernize British banking! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

The best bank account I've ever had

When I arrived in the UK 13 years ago I wish this digital bank existed back then but thank God for Starling everyone who doesn't have an account and coming from overseas can easily open one. All you need is just a smartphone and your passport. The support team is excellent. Although I had doubts at first because I never had a bank account in a bank that doesn't have any physical branch but whenever I have any questions they always answer very quickly. Best Bank ever!

The app is so easy to use but you can always get to speak to a human if necessary. I love the fact that I can use my card abroad without the need to tell them that I’m travelling. I always get good exchange rates too. The virtual cards for paying from your saving spaces can be very useful too. I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
