Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Moved to Starling & never looked back

From the quick delivery of my card upon sign up, to the ease of use whilst abroad, and don’t even get me started on how my saving has been revolutionised since the starting my saving spaces, and now digital bank cards for these spaces! Fast efficient banking!

Wow. Starling are so responsive, whether it's money going into your account (immediately) or chatting to them online. The service is super fast. Best bank around. Always been extremely helpful, if I've ever needed to make contact and service is immediate. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Easy to set up and great customer experience

Easy to use

Easy to use and the customer service is amazing. If I need help or even if I need to inform myself about something. The on-line chat is amazing tool. Within 2 minutes you will get connected to someone who is ready to help with anything. Easy and Reliable

I've never had any issue with Starling. It was a very smooth sign up process and it's been like that since then. I get details of my income and spending very easily and it automatically puts labels through which I can track my spending. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023
