Simple and effective

I've been with Starling Bank for about 3 years now and never had any problems. It's so good to have instant information at your fingertips. Moved from first direct who I'd been with for over 15 years so Starling must have dome something to make me want to fully switch. Never looked back. Easy and accessible bank

Switched from another bank due to fraudulent issues and haven't had a single issue since, every single transaction is accessible, I can see when every payment is due in and out of my account and everything is extremely easy to use Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

A breath of fresh air!

The Best my a mile

I have no issues since I made the switch to Starling. I can't say the same about a particular bank with Orange cards. *Side eye*. The customer service is prompt. Even the bank app as a beautiful user experience. Prompt service too. It just works. I recommend Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Excellent service

Opened up account recently after reading reviews from Which? magazine. Very happy how the switch from Santander went. Their banking app is brilliant and very informative and lets me know how our money is being spent. No complaints at all. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022
