Great customer experience, app needs work

I loved the switch to Starling, they made it super easy and kept me well informed. I feel that I'm very much in control of my account with Starling and I am always updated with changes extremely quickly! The app is easy to use and gives all the basic information but is missing a few user-friendly features that other apps have that, for me, are a given/must nowadays so I am hoping these will be introduced soon as the other features of the app are very good. Great bank!

Starling are really great! They’re app is so easy to navigate and understand, they have a chat feature too so if I have any queries I can go on there and they answer really quickly. The only downside I can think is if you have cash you have to go into a post office to pay it into your account whereas most banks you could do it at an atm machine but it’s really a minor issue compared to this amazing bank!
