Simple, efficient and a leader in innovation

Starling Bank is always looking to improve customer experience with new simple innovations, such as: immediate notifications of transactions. Amazing and friendly bank!

Starling makes banking so much easier with so many intuitive features like spaces and connected card and their customer service is second to none. Even if I ask questions completely unrelated to banking, they go out of their way to provide the information. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Piss taker. Do take customers for ignorant idiots

I initially thought: great. A bank with a feel good relax attitude. Relax more like horizontal and do not give a shit. They caused ne an acciu t closure 8 didnt ask. Never answered basic questions about money missing. Refused to activate card and to dolve the issue, decude to close 5he avcount and pretend nothing happened. Oh and open joint account without telling me and ti cover their mistakes, gave the fraudster my okd bank details and gave me some new ones.. it is a disgraced. And the accounts i cannot open but cannot remove from my fike is also a coincidence or another pisstake?? Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Switch from HSBC never looked back

I switch from a HSBC Premium Account to Starling after HSBC was found out to be overcharging people when they went overdraft. I myself got over 2k back from HSBC, I knew when and were that I was changing my bank. I did heavy research into starling, Mono and Chase bank and came to the conclusion that starling was the best bank out not just for me but the best bank overall. It was four year in January that I switched and I have never looked back since. I have even gotten lots of my friends and some family that were fed up with how high street bank delt with them and how slow everything was. They downloaded the starling app and within 2 hours. (please allow the time stated by Starling when opening a an account with them.) They had full access to their account. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Great bank

I changed to starling bank last year and I have to admit it’s a smooth ride till now I chose Starling because sustainability is a big part of my life and starling is living that The letter with the bankcard is so big like a postcard to safe paper Their fees for paying in euro or Dollar is less compared to normal banks. You can see in your account when you paid something what is really useful when you want to give something back and don’t have the receipt anymore Reviewed on: 27th March 2022
