Banking as it should be

Clear and straightforward banking. Simple to use app with no fussy unnecessary bloat on the menu pages. Love the instant text to confirm transactions - a great security feature. With interest payable on current account balance and a Euro holding available too - fantastic! Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Really unhelpful

I have a really good credit rating, I’ve been banking with them for a couple of years now, and I have a business account for my consulting work with a healthy turnover. They go sniffy with me, asked questions to which they have all the answers if they bothered to look at my accounts, and did a hard credit search when I asked for an overdraft facility. Superb app, fabulous service

The Starling Bank App is superb. It is a first class piece of software engineering, designed with the customer at heart. Extending this on to a browser based experience with extended functionality also works exceptionally well. The customer service is fast and responsive. All in all a top quality experience. Fantastic bank made for today's life on the go

I joined Starling two years ago and love how user friendly the interface is. I am overseas a lot and really also appreciate the free cash withdrawals and very favourable rates for sending SWIFT payments. Starling has become a critical banking tool for me. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Great, modern, forward-thinking banking

A fantastic bank with a superb app that has loads of functionality and gives great helpful insight into your spending. Allows for a different, more positive relationship with money. Everything is made simple and straightforward
