Well organised app

Really good service

From my first experience getting the account set up to using the app, everything has been real good. Having a vault to keep projects and saving easier. Even cashing a cheque. Really impressed by the fact that when you pay for anything it’s shown on your phone practically immediately is great. Direct debit reminders to ensure you have enough money to cover them. Customer support has been a good experience as I had been charged twice for a transaction and this was sorted and refunded. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

THOGETHER is better!

A long time ago, one person told me "I bought a black horse is a good investment because a giraffe would be an exaggeration" but remember why a giraffe never went bankrupt? - She had her own zoo company! Context with humor and a very smart message. A good bank is a good choice when the Bank shows and teaches cooperation with another Bank, then it believes that it is the best Bank. User friendly

Great to be able to have the various money pots, which used to necessitate having more than one account. Now there's no advantage to having a 'savings' account, with interest rates being non-existent, it's great to just have one account with different pots to squirrel stuff away in.
