The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Stress free banking.

Transfer from my old bank was stress free. Communication with customer support was helpful and easy. The set up and saving options are great and alerts on when bills are looming is a real help. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

The website and app are the best!

The website and app are the best! I'm 70, my husband is 76 - but it's so well designed that we feel totally on top of our spending and saving. I had a problem a couple of weeks ago with a misrouted payment and had to request a phone call. The person who phoned was patient, helpful and made me laugh too! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great Service and ease

My new main bank!

Have been with Starling for a few years now always used it as a secondary bank account for spending only and have had a great experience throughout. Great bank, usability is better than any other I have.

Great bank, usability is better than any other I have. Intuitive interface and everything you need. The customer service, when I’ve had to use them, have been prompt with their help and thorough in making sure my problem is solved.
