Easy peasy

Very easy to use which is important to us of a certain age group. Also pleased to see that they upgrade their services eg. I wanted to send money to Australia and Starling didn’t cover Australia in their list of countries they transferred funds to, but I received a message when a few months later they established an Australian ‘link’. Brilliantly efficient banking

Haven't had a problem with Starling (unlike another major bank I also use). I was a bit sceptical of using an app only (no online banking) but the app is brilliant, easy to use and navigate and has all the features you'd want. Great. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Brilliant, so simple

Simple and easy to set up an account and the card arrived within a few days. The app is user friendly and very informative. Exchange rate is always great and money transfers take no time at all the do. All in all 10/10 and an amazing new bank. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone else who will listen !! Great bank, never had a problem
