I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Help when I really needed it.

I found myself in a very lonely situation and was unable to see a way out of my financial position. I took the decision to reach out for help to Step Change and it honestly changed my whole world. A sympathetic ear, a great service

Having heard about how fantastic this organisation was (through a friend) I decided to approach them for help. From the first phone call they were so supportive, informative, friendly professional and understanding. Five months on and they still maintain all these values and more.
