A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Staff are very understanding and patient.

Staff are not pushy and being able to contact them directly if in difficulty ie questions and answers , emailing Links ect keeping in touch via message or email.. thts my experience kind helpful understanding and will provide all sorts of information to help whatever is needed. Supportive and knowledgeable

expert team and great advice

I have had a debt management plan for 14 years following disability and running up large debts,the staff were very understanding and the advice given was to the point and easy to understand. I have had no issues in all that time with the companies I owe money to because Stepchange dealt with them for me.Amazing staff easy to talk to and would recommend to anyone. Excellent

I have been with Step Change a few years now and they have helped me tremendously. I can't thank them enough. They took care of everything for me and are always approachable and understanding. There is no judgement and they have heard all before. I felt extremely comfortable discussing my money issues, debts etc with them and we found a solution which was acceptable to myself and my creditors.
