It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. As soon as i contacted step change they walked me through my finances and created an affordable repayment plan for all my debts and contacted each creditor to inform them of my repayment plan. They also review your financial situation annually to highlight any significant changes to your financial situation. I cannot recommend them enough if you feel overwhelmed by your debts please do not hesitate to contact them, you will be glad you did. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

I am so grateful for the help and support I received from Step Change. At a hugely difficult and stressful time, Step Change employees were helpful and supportive without being judgemental. They patiently listened and helped me to work out a solution to my financial problems that had previously been causing me worry and stress. The people I spoke to were so patient and guided me through the debt management plan process. The online service is very useful too, with advice and information.
