So relieved

When i finally plucked up the courage to call, Stepchange took all of my anxiety away, made me realise it wasn't my fault (huge relief) and that there was a way out and that I wasn't the only one and nothing to be ashamed of. The best help you can get !

Having Stepchange help me through debt management has been the best thing I have done. After years of paying extortionate interest on cards and not seeing a way out I reached out to Stepchange. Their staff are understanding, companionate, and most of all reassuring.
