It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Life changing

The people at Stepchange are extremely helpful and respectful in what was a horrible time for me last year. I had spent months worrying and struggling with my debt I couldn’t see a way out. Someone told me about Stepchange. I had to pluck up courage to ring so happy I did. They helped with my debt and I’m paying it back at a rate I can afford. So relieved

When i finally plucked up the courage to call, Stepchange took all of my anxiety away, made me realise it wasn't my fault (huge relief) and that there was a way out and that I wasn't the only one and nothing to be ashamed of.
