I was a nervous wreck with debts piling up after being made redundant. Stepchange was recommended by a family member and it was the best thing I ever did. They talked me through everything and set up a manageable payment scheme. Reviewed on: 19th May 2024

From sleepless to deep sleep nights

Hi I was in a lot of debt 10s of 1000s of pounds, a call to step change changed all this, you will receive a consultation call to discuss how they can help and they will set up a monthly payment plan and freeze the interest on your cards untill you get it all setup, the customer care team is empathetic and understanding of anyones situation with zero judgement, they are their to help and remove the worry and stress of debt. They helped us out when nobody else would .

Lifesavers!

I had to sell my business at a loss due to a change of circumstances & was left with huge debts, I was totally overwhelmed, but stepchange set up a debt management plan with my creditors, got the interest frozen & helped me sort out a sensible budget which still allowed me to live!
