helped me get back on track

after Covid hit and my hours got cut I was struggling to pay on time for a couple of months bills kept stacking up and payment holidays were not worth it as interest still accrued increasing the debt, called stepchange and they advised the best payment plan options helped me with my bills and tracking debts and made it all into one simple payment, very knowledgeable about he impact on credit score and what it meant going forward Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Take away my money worries

Step change have made a huge difference to my life, when I was receiving threatening letters and phone calls from creditors I was considering taking my own life, it was the only way I could see to get out of the mess my ex husband had left me in. Step change dealt with all the creditors, worked out a monthly budget I could afford and it felt like a huge weight had been lifted. Life saving

I had a school friend who got into debt over his head back in the early 90s and sadly took his life leaving behind a young family.
