It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Put finances in order

I felt I had nowhere to go with the state of our debt. I was recommended this company and the minute I rang I felt so at ease. Wasn’t judged but helped me sort ourselves out. I knew we had taken out the loans etc and felt the banks was so happy to lend the money without checking if we could afford so felt them also responsible but knew we wanted to pay this money back and Step change helped us to do that.
