Very understanding, efficient and professional

I have been dealing with stepchange since 2009 and always found the people friendly not judgemental and very professional, without their help I don't know what I would have done, in fact I don't even know how I managed to get into this mess. Step change really helped me

Step change help me to pay my debts by contacting my creditors on my behalf asking them to stop interest and reduce my payments to an amount I could afford so I could repay my debts and now they are almost repaid the future is definitely going to be debt free. Lifesavers!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was to contact Stepchange to help with managing my debt as I was getting deeper in trouble and stress. It's been years since I started my plan and they continue to always be helpful and kind throughout my personally difficult journey (having debt and then ill health hits that makes it even more harrowing).
