No hassle no judgment help

The team are a ray of sunshine

My husband lost his job, we had bills piling up. I was worried, scared and the hardest thing to do was pick up the phone. The lady informed me that evening would be alright. And it was staff are always helpful and sort everything out. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders,everything was sorted. Many thanks to the kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Life-saver!

I dread to think what my circumstances would be like without StepChange. During the pandemic I experienced a significant loss of income which impacted on my credit responsibilities. The support and advocacy I received from StepChange meant that I was able to manage this and find a solution that worked for everyone. The company that changed my life

We are very satisfied with Step Change

From day one when Step Change set up our debt plan we both lost all the worry of how we were going to get out of trouble.
