Lifesavers!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was to contact Stepchange to help with managing my debt as I was getting deeper in trouble and stress. It's been years since I started my plan and they continue to always be helpful and kind throughout my personally difficult journey (having debt and then ill health hits that makes it even more harrowing). Advised me to do an IVA and I ended up in more debt

I was unemployed, 3 children and renting. I now know I qualified for a Dro. My Iva failed and I am now doing a Dro but this should have been the advice in the first place. They didn’t want to know when I asked for help Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
