Brilliant and sympathetic help and advice

I had got myself into a very bad situation through my own stupidity. I was advised to contact Step Change and from day one they have been excellent in helping me to sort out my situation. The operators I have spoken to have all listened with a sympathetic ear and I have now got things under control. Stepchange has helped us turn our lives around

Before my family sought help, we were struggling to keep our finances in check. We were owing to a number of creditors and couldn't see a way to pay them each month.
