professional and caring.

I was getting chased for money I could not pay and I learned of stepchange,and rang them and they sorted out my debts in a professional and caring way and were not judgemental of how I had got into debt, but showed me how to clear all my debts and got in touch with all my creditors and got them to accept a reasonable payments to them that I could afford and that helped me a lot so much so I had 9 debts to clear at first but now I have only 1 now which I will clear in July, and then I will be debt free, so without stepchange I would never had achieved this and I have no words that could thank them enough for how they got me out of a situation that I would never been able to clear my debts on my own so a big thank you to them. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.

Initial review in Year One I didn't get much information about budgeting. But I was extremely grateful fir the service provided. At the end of my first year I had help from an amazing customer service representative, who explained a lot more and saved me a lot of money on my monthly payments. Step change , changed my life.

Step change , changed my life. The support I have received over the years to manage my debts has been exceptional. The non judgmental kind and friendly staff have always made me feel there is a solution but allowing me the autonomy to make choices.
