A lifesaving service

When I found myself in a bad debt situation, due to sudden demolition of my business premises effectively putting me out of business, Stepchange came to my aid with extensive advice and a manageable debt plan. I was at my wits end with the stress of creditors letters and constant phone calls. Stepchange and their expertise put an end to that and the relief was unbelievable. They have supported me for over ten years and now I haven’t got much further to go till I’m debt free. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Lifesavers

I couldn't have asked for better support.

I couldn't have asked for better support. I've been able to manage my debt in a way that felt free and without worry. I felt supported and educated on the steps I needed to take to pay off my debt.
