Just Great

I had a lot of debt and the company were just on my back all the time and it was making me ill. I then heard about Step Change so I contacted them and they went through everything with me and put me on a Debt Management program and contacted all my creditors for me and make all payments direct for me. I was completely overwhelmed when I asked for help but it was the best decision I’ve made. Although it will take a while to become debt free at least I now have enough money to live on and the letters from my debtors have stopped so I can sleep again! Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Going from sleepless nights to peace of mind

Step change have helped me go from having sleepless nights to having peace of mind. Having a family, mortgage and being on a fluctuating salary meant that I fell into a tremendous amount of debt. With step changes help and guidance they have helped me prioritise my bills and get my life back on track. Being in a debt management plan has meant that I have paid off 2 debts so far and back up to date with 3 of my immediate bills. Stepchange helped me out of drowning debt.
